What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshoot and Solve: Address customer ICT issues by identifying, analyzing, and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure Prompt Resolution: Record incident details and escalate calls when necessary, ensuring service requests and inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with other support personnel to deliver quality, integrated services to customers.
  • Customer Care: Handle customer complaints and feedback, analyze incident details, and report insights to the supervisor to improve service.

Who You Are:

  • A Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT, Computer Studies, or an equivalent field.
  • A tech-savvy individual with basic ICT skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Ready to take on shift duties as per the given schedule.
  • A quick thinker with the ability to respond decisively and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Friendly and approachable, with a knack for interacting and working with diverse people.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Sarawak government structure? That's a bonus!
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment? Even better!
