Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
2. Provide accurate information and excellent customer experience
3. Assist with problem-solving related to e-hailing deliveries
4. Log and update call details into the system accurately
5. Meet individual and team KPIs and service levels (SLAs)
6. Ensure professionalism and courtesy in every interaction

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (comprehensive training provided)
3. Previous customer service or contact centre experience is a plus
4. Willing to work on rotating shifts and off days
5. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Medini Iskandar Puteri, Johor
