Lead and direct a team of sales representatives, focusing on achieving sales targets and revenue goals within a specific section or region.

Build, manage, and motivate the sales team while developing effective sales strategies to drive performance.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth.

Direct and coordinate all sales and promotional activities to ensure align with brand objectives.

Plan and oversee the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.

Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures to ensure resource optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales field within the OTC pharmaceutical industry.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Versatile and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrates accountability and sound decision-making.

Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.

Background in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Willing and able to travel across Malaysia.
