Job Descriptions

• To acquire new business focusing on Primary Focus; mortgage, salary financing, and Secondary Focus; credit protection and credit card.
• To be responsible for sales fulfillment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
• To participate in all sales and marketing activities, e.g., property launches, seminar selling, pocket talk, payroll, and product launching.
• To emphasize on the focus products, i.e., mortgage and salary financing, by successfully identifying customers’ needs while enhancing the overall relationship between Maybank and its customers.
• To deliver strategic objectives for mortgage and salary financing, including target segments, mortgage portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital initiatives, and credit protection.
• To establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with various parties for referrals, e.g., lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, property valuers, payroll companies, and selected GLCs.
• To consistently meet and exceed set sales targets.
• To adhere to compliance and internal bank policies.
