• Assess operational and Shariah risks and controls, and recommend practical, business-focused solutions to enhance risk management practices. Acts as a subject matter expert and advisor.
• Drive the adoption of data analytics to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and derive new insights from data.
• Engage effectively with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Possess excellent communication skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders and negotiate effectively when required.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, political astuteness, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
