Job Description:

1. Promoting and offering consultancy services with company's product related to Quality assurance/Quality control, Production Engineering, Research and Development field in various manufacturing industries.
2. Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing.
3. Actively promoting our products over the phone to qualify customers before appointments.
4. Visiting potential customers and performing product demonstrations to end users directly.
5. Through asking customers operation and application testing, proving our solution and persuading customers to purchase our products.
6. Managing certain product-line sales in the assigned territory.
7. Reviewing and analyzing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets sustainably.
8. Attending team meetings and training sessions with colleagues to improve sales skills & technical knowledge on product applications.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any background, preferably Engineering background.
2. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
3. No work experience required; Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply.
4. Candidates need to have their own vehicle.
5. Able to work physically in our Bayan Lepas, Penang office.
6. Candidate must be able to carry heavy equipment.
7. Passionate and willing to learn; prefer fast learners who can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
8. Aggressive and hardworking.
9. Self-starter with initiative, drive, and strong desire to succeed.
10. Good interpersonal skills, task-oriented, and target-conscious.
11. Good presentation and communication skills.
12. Enjoy frequent travelling (around 3 days per week) within Malaysia.
13. Enjoy communicating with different levels of people in a wide variety of manufacturing environments.
