CONSULTANT / SENIOR CONSULTANT (TRAINER)

SIRIM Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant (Trainer) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and involves delivering high-quality workplace training and consultancy services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, lead, and implement training and consultancy services to meet the objectives and needs of the Section and Department for ISO standards including ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 22301 (BCMS), ISO 42001 (AIMS), ISO 29001 (O&GQMS), ISO 41001 (FMS), ISO 55001 (AMS), and ISO 37001 (ABMS).
  • Develop and participate in strategic networking activities such as business talks, promotional visits, and attending business forums to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Develop, monitor, and review procedures and service operations within the section/department.
  • Formulate and develop new training modules and consultancy packages.
  • Collect information for marketing planning and maintain key client and customer databases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines with at least 9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Postgraduate or professional qualifications in related areas are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the company's products and services, and an understanding of industry trends in training and consultation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Having passed Train of Trainer (TOT) and Lead Auditor courses is an advantage.
