Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1)Providing legal support on corporate banking, project financing, and debt capital market transactions.
2)Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including loan agreements, security documents, and offering memorandums.
3)You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing assistance to senior colleagues as well as undertaking your own caseload, with day-to-day support from other colleagues, as required, given the type and complexity of the work.
4)You will undertake tasks such as documentation, deal with contract management queries, and assist clients with their caseload.
Requirements
1) Qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in banking, project financing, or debt capital markets.
2) Strong knowledge of corporate banking, project finance, and debt capital markets.
3) Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
4) Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while working in a fast-paced, in-house environment.
