Construction Technical Assistant (Architecture)

Role

You will be responsible for developing detailed architectural and site plans for various properties. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will produce precise layouts and technical drawings essential for construction and development.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare construction details and technical drawings across all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards.
2. Prepare detailed constructability drawings.
3. Collaborate with the director, architect, and project managers to bring design concepts to life and ensure timely completion of all project phases.
4. Ensure technical details are accurate and adhere to design standards throughout all project phases.
5. Explore technical details from the design stage.
6. Proficiently manage both 3D and 2D design projects.
7. Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Architecture, CAD Drafting, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical or construction-related role.
3. Experience with construction details and technical drawings across all project phases.
4. Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with a team.
5. Proactive with the initiative to respond to directions or instructions.
6. Knowledgeable in 2D and 3D software.
