Your Qualifications:

1. Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven track record as a Project Manager, specifically within hospital construction.
3. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and healthcare regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
6. Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
7. PMP certification (advantageous).

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, budget, and timelines.
2. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align designs with hospital needs.
3. Rigorously manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.
4. Proactively monitor project progress and provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.
5. Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and safety protocols.
6. Effectively resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise.
7. Work collaboratively with hospital staff to minimize disruption to daily operations.
8. Ensure meticulous completion of all required documentation and permits.
9. Conduct thorough project evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
10. Ensure implementation of environmental (ISO 14001) and safety & health (ISO 45001) management system and insist adherence of environmental, safety & health policies and objectives in daily work activities.
11. Willingness to work extended hours when project demands necessitate.

Bonus Points:

1. Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, work methods, specifications, and shop drawings.
2. Strong record-keeping and progress monitoring skills.
3. Familiarity with common design requirements and good engineering practices (design office experience a plus).
4. Knowledge of common construction materials.
5. Understanding of JKKP, CIDB, CKAPS and local authority regulations and inspection procedures.
6. Knowledge of environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent in healthcare construction company.
