COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well-known global property and land development company is looking to hire a Construction Manager based at Tanjung Malim, Perak for their massive- scaled infrastructure and mixed development township project.

SITE / PROJECT OVERVIEW

  • 550-acre land developmentworks such as roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworksall foundational elements for future mixed township developments.

  • Location: Tanjung Malim

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage on-site infrastructure works, including roadworks, utilities, and earthworks.

  • Supervise daily construction, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, enforce safety, and oversee logistics.

  • Review schedules, technical submissions, and resolve site issues.

  • Track budgets, control costs, and report progress to management.

  • Review and validate site construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and alignment with project goals.

  • Provide expertise and advisory of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory frameworks on site

  • Responsible to ensure the compliance with approved plans, specifications and adherence to HSE standards.

  • Build a good relationship with all key stakeholders especially the project Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and important Government agencies

  • Manage contract administration and procurement processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience

  • Proven track record managing large land development projects (townships, estates, industrial parks, etc.).

  • Solid knowledge of roadworks, utilities, drainage systems, and earthworks.
