In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of architectural and facade elements for projects including high-rise commercial buildings, signature residences, and government offices. Job Summary

• Work closely with consultants, architects, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure work program completion.
• Plan and coordinate the construction of architectural and facade components, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Monitor, update, and report on construction progress; identify and mitigate risks; resolve daily site issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities, safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction engineers, supervisors, and workers, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with office management to align construction activities with resource mobilization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction management, focusing on architectural and facade works.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
