Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage daily construction activities, ensuring resource optimization and timely completion of projects.
Site Supervision: Lead and monitor site teams (managers, surveyors, engineers) and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Quality and Compliance: Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), oversee testing procedures, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones, manage subcontractor performance, and provide regular progress updates to Management.
Issue Resolution and Stakeholder Liaison: Address site challenges, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, with a preference for high-rise projects.
Experience with main contractors is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
