Your Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and manage the construction activities to meet project timelines, quality expectations, and budget parameters.
• Participate in site, coordination, and progress meetings with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment site activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, authority submissions, and safety regulations.
• Review and verify contractor claims, site instructions, and work progress against schedules and contract terms.
