A Japanese real estate developer is hiring a Construction Manager to lead technical work related to the construction of logistics development sites/logistics facilities, as well as other related operations.

■Responsibilities:
・Project promotion at the architectural planning stage and each design phase
・Selection and management of project stakeholders (Architectural offices, General contractors, Design offices, FFE, etc.)

■Requirements:
・Experience in managing construction projects for developers, general contractors, design firms, etc.
