On behalf of a market leader in industrial property development (listCo), we are in search of a Construction Logistics Manager – to plan, coordinate, and manage the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment for construction projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Construction Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and implement logistics plans that meet project needs and ensure efficient material flow.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage.
  • Manage storage facilities and ensure efficient organization and access to materials.
  • Identify potential shortages and proactively address supply chain issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all logistics activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards and regulations.
