Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to work primarily on-site, directly supervising the workforce.

The role involves working in Ipoh or outstation, with responsibilities including scheduling and coordinating activities.

The Construction Foreman will supervise all site operatives, ensuring that work is completed safely and on schedule.

Ensuring safety regulations are followed and reporting any issues to superiors is a key responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certifications such as CIDB, OSHA, First Aid, etc., will be considered an advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
