Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Planner to generate net requirements for our plants and vendors, prepare supply plans, and develop deployment plans in weekly and monthly buckets. You will be responsible for the replenishment of R&P materials to meet customer demand while considering network complexity, inventory targets, and supply constraints. When necessary, you will create supply scenarios, evaluating their feasibility, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate production requirements from the approved demand plan, ensuring adherence to inventory targets while considering network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Run what-if scenarios to resolve supply / demand gaps and determine feasibility of scenario solution based on business requests.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Manufacturing) to ensure that produced goods reach the market, thereby mitigating out-of-stock risks within an 18-month horizon.
  • Maintain up-to-date Master Data and ensure system alignment with realistic production processes.
  • Conduct what-if scenarios to address supply/demand gaps and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions based on business needs.
  • Anticipate potential supply issues and provide thorough analyses of the impacts of proposed actions and associated trade-offs, ensuring that supply plans are realistic and achievable.
  • Work closely with the Inventory Analyst to review and achieve agreed inventory targets, striving to reduce them without compromising product availability.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly production review meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful fulfillment of the role’s objectives.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics; or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or MBA.
  • 5+ years experience in supply planning, distribution planning, or logistics roles.
