Location: Simpang Halt, Taiping Perak

Position: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 4:30PM)

About the Role

This full-time Concrete Plant Supervisor role at LV Concrete Sdn Bhd offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the daily operations of a concrete production plant in Simpang Perak. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe plant operation, managing a team of skilled workers, and supporting the delivery of high-quality concrete products to our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of plant operators, technicians, and laborers to ensure timely and accurate concrete production.
2. Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
3. Oversee quality control processes, including testing and inspection, to maintain product standards.
4. Manage raw material inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
5. Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and deliver concrete accordingly.
6. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
8. Provide training and development support to the plant team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a concrete production or similar industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Vocational qualifications in construction, engineering, or related fields are advantageous.
