Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Patienten-Liaison-Beauftragten für reibungslose Abläufe.
• Sicherheitsverfahren im Krankenhaus aufrechterhalten und verdächtige Aktivitäten melden.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Patient Liaison Officer to ensure smooth patient, stay, and discharge processes.
2. Maintain safety and security procedures within the hospital and report suspicious activities immediately to the Security Department.
3. Provide information to customers, visitors, and staff regarding hospital events, functions, and services.
4. Ensure patients and customers are well taken care of in the lobby area.
5. Assist with reception duties, including handling telephone inquiries when necessary.
6. Escort patients during admission and discharge processes.
7. Maintain harmonious relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff.
8. Perform any other duties as delegated in an efficient and responsible manner.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other languages or dialects is a plus.
• Pleasant, helpful personality, sincere, and trustworthy.
