Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior design professional to lead development and translation of PUMA’s retail concepts into distinctive store environments across SE Asia. You will oversee concept visualization, design development, and governance with regional stakeholders, ensuring brand alignment, durability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Industrial Design or relevant studied.
• A minimum 5 years of experience in retail, interior or experiential design.
• Experience developing concepts and translating creative direction into implementable design solutions.
• Retail store or multi-format concept experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with technical, project and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of retail concepts and design directions across SEAO.
• Translate business briefs, customer insights, brand direction into concept narratives and spatial experiences.
• Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, 3D models and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate reviews with technical, procurement and GRE stakeholders for feasibility and budgets.
• Develop repeatable concept design processes and toolkits for SEAO markets.
