Job Description – Secondary Computer Science Teacher

Position: Secondary Computer Science Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Computer Science - Secondary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned Computer Science/ICT lessons, fostering digital literacy, and encouraging creativity and critical thinking through technology. A passion for emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and coding, is a valuable asset.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach Cambridge Computer Science/ICT to Secondary students.
2. Plan and prepare course materials according to the curriculum.
3. Design and develop instructional materials for computer lessons.
4. Assist in developing suitable schemes of work.
5. Deliver lessons with proficiency and engagement.
6. Organise, maintain, and manage classroom systems.
7. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
8. Set up ICT exhibitions.
9. Conduct project-based learning and provide training for colleagues in Computer/ICT classes.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualification: Degree/Bachelor's in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: Preferably 2 years or more; fresh graduates will also be considered.
3. Experience in using Python with AI knowledge is preferred.
