Job Title: Computer Technician

We are looking for a qualified Computer Technician to install, maintain, and repair computers, networks, and printers.

As a computer technician, you must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions. The ideal candidate will work diligently and accurately, possessing excellent problem-solving skills to fix issues and ensure functionality.

The goal is to install and maintain high-quality networks and computer systems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
2. Set up hardware, install, and configure software and drivers.
3. Maintain and repair equipment such as laptops, PCs, and printers.
4. Manage security options and software in computers and networks to protect privacy from attacks.
5. Perform regular upgrades to keep systems updated.
6. Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
7. Resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
8. Provide client support and technical issue resolution.
9. Configure software to connect to internet application servers.
10. Respond promptly to service issues and requests.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
3. Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Good knowledge of computer systems, IT components, and printers.
6. Ability to work well with team members.
7. Able to communicate effectively and friendly with customers.
