Job summary

Randstad in Malaysia is seeking a Compliance Manager for an asset & wealth management client. You will drive product regulatory compliance and AMLA oversight for licensed funds, ensuring prospectuses, fact sheets and marketing materials align with SC regulations.

You will work closely with the Head of Compliance, acting as a bridge to a junior team, and contribute to a future path toward senior management in a dynamic, detail‑oriented, low‑micromanagement environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Finance or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive regulatory compliance and AMLA oversight for fund products.
• Collaborate with Head of Compliance to ensure prospectuses, fact sheets, and marketing materials meet SC regulations.
• Bridge between HOD and junior team, fostering precision and a clear runway toward senior management.
