Job summary

Petronas Ventures in Malaysia seeks a Compliance Management and Supervision (CMS) professional to support BNM MCIPD reviews, risk monitoring, and reporting.

You will maintain the CMS PowerBI dashboard, coordinate monthly ORR, and prepare training packs based on governing documents, reporting to the Head of Compliance. This role offers exposure to regulatory governance and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic financial compliance unit.

Qualifications

• Assist with BNM MCIPD independent reviews (ICT and non-ICT controls).
• Conduct monthly Suspicious Transaction Monitoring analysis for SmartPay.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly Operational Risk Reporting (ORR).
• Maintain CMS PowerBI Dashboard for monthly compliance reporting.
• Prepare training packs based on Compliance governing documents.
