A leading poultry farm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Regulatory and Compliance Executive to guide ESG compliance and reporting. This role will involve working closely with the Corporate Sustainability Team, preparing related reports, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Job description

Provide guidance to senior management on ESG risks and how compliance can enhance the company’s strategy, reputation, and long-term sustainability.

Compile company-wide ESG data according to Bursa requirements, GRI standards, FTSE4Good, and other external sustainability research organizations, and provide accurate information to the corporate sustainability team within the given deadline.

Work closely with the Corporate Sustainability Team and stay updated on regulations related to ESG, such as environmental laws and corporate governance codes, to ensure the organization complies with these regulations and avoids any legal or reputational risks.

Assist in the preparation of sustainability-related reports, presentations, and training materials to communicate, raise awareness, and promote sustainability initiatives and programs.

Act as a liaison to communicate the organization’s ESG strategy, policies, and performance to internal parties, while enforcing internal policies and procedures that promote responsible environmental practices, social fairness, and good governance.

Conduct training programs to increase awareness among employees about ESG compliance and the importance of adhering to ESG principles.

Support internal and external audits and assessments.

Support the implementation of a data reporting digitalization system.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Law, or similar fields).

Minimum 2 years in relevant work experience in ESG and compliance.

Experience in data analysis and sustainability reporting.

Strong understanding of ESG principles and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
