A leading compliance services company in Selangor is seeking a Compliance Administrator. The role involves high-volume data entry, document preparation, and administrative support for the Compliance Head. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience and are proficient in Google Workspace and Excel. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Willingness to travel occasionally is a plus.
Perform high-volume data entry, document processing and ensure accuracy across compliance trackers and databases.
Maintain and update Google Sheets / Excel spreadsheets, including linking documents, logs and reports for easy reference.
Assist in preparing, formatting and filing compliance-related documents, forms, and submissions.
Act as administrative support to the Compliance Head, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials and following up on assigned tasks.
Support internal tracking of deadlines, approvals and completion of compliance-related and administrative tasks.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and arrange logistics as directed.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate required information.
Provide support for sustainability and ESG reporting, audits and initiatives when required.
Contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures, checklists and documentation processes.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
