As a Compliance Administrator at Deriv, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation's integrity and reputation on the global stage. On a given day, you will:

  • Spearhead governance initiatives by ensuring our portfolio of companies adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Map and analyse legal and regulatory landscapes to proactively align company practices with current laws and industry standards
  • Support the establishment of new entities within the Group and facilitate modifications to existing organisational structures risks
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting efficiency
  • Manage the end-to-end process from drafting to filing essential documents including board agendas, statutory filings, and training materials with precision and efficiency
  • Create and refine internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations
  • Maintain comprehensive physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence on relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential
