We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Administrative Analyst to support the organization’s efforts in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and customer requirements related to banned, restricted, and declarable substances (BRDS). The role involves supporting compliance processes, managing regulatory data and documentation, and collaborating across teams to safeguard product compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Process supplier declarations and ensure parts/material compliance by checking BOMs, preparing sign-offs, tracking documents, and supporting declaration requests.
Maintain and update resource and PO trackers; ensure timely PO issuance, closure, and monitor certification/audit status.
Provide administrative support for DRMS projects, management meetings, and supplier NDA completion and follow-up.
Extract, analyze, and standardize data from internal teams; generate reports/dashboards to support C&A team and business functions.
Regularly update and analyze compliance, REACH SVHC declarations, and PO status, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Support effective communication and presentation of compliance data, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management tools.
Good English communication skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Motivated, high integrity, with strong planning and interpersonal abilities.
