We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Administrative Analyst to support our efforts in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and customer requirements related to banned, restricted, and declarable substances (BRDS). The role involves supporting compliance processes, managing regulatory data and documentation, and collaborating across teams to safeguard product compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities include processing supplier declarations, ensuring parts/material compliance by checking BOMs, preparing sign-offs, tracking documents, and supporting declaration requests.
You will also maintain and update resource and PO trackers, ensure timely PO issuance and closure, monitor certification/audit status, and provide administrative support for DRMS projects, management meetings, and supplier NDA completion and follow-up.
Additional duties involve extracting, analyzing, and standardizing data from internal teams, generating reports/dashboards to support the C&A team and business functions, and regularly updating compliance data, REACH SVHC declarations, and PO statuses to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
The role requires supporting effective communication and presentation of compliance data, as well as assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
You should possess strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management tools is essential.
Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
