The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the compensation and benefits area, and proficiency in HRIS such as Workday. Responsibilities
  • Responsible in employee’s movement (recruitment, promotion, transfer and exit) for payroll closing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits, enhancing employee trust and satisfaction while maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Support in the implementation and managing the compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Support to conduct research on market trends, pay rates and benefits benchmarking exercise to ensure the Company compensation and benefits is competitive in the industry.
  • Administration of all employee benefits such as health insurance, leaves entitlements, etc. and employees’ movement to ensure timely benefits enrolment and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory and regulations.
  • Be the “Workday” expert to ensure maintaining accuracy and timely completion of employees’ database as the single source of truth for the entire organization, safeguarding sensitive data against breaches.
  • Maintain a clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date HR policies and procedures (Employee Handbook) that are easily accessible to all employees, ensuring consistent and fair treatment.
  • Preparing all documentations required for the application of employment pass of expatriates and foreign workers.
  • Coordinates, prepares and submission of monthly headcount report, absence report, and any mandatory reporting by the government authorities.
  • Communicating the compensation and benefits information to employees and providing guidance on related matters.
  • Involved in salary increments and annual bonus exercises.
  • Any ad-hock assignments or projects which will be assigned as and when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business management or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in Human Resources, especially in compensation and benefits area, managing employees’ data and HRIS - Workday.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Workday and SAP system.
