Job summary

A leading company in the outsourcing industry is seeking an HR professional to manage various HR operations and serve as the HR Center of Excellence. With responsibilities including employee issue resolution and compensation management, this role requires a proactive candidate with HR or psychology qualifications and relevant experience to adapt in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications
  • Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable
  • 3-5 years relavent experienced. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations
  • HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
  • Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
  • End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration
  • Leave & Medical Benefits Management
  • Expatriate contract renewal administration
  • Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for Employee Benefits continuous improvements
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, labour law, etc)
  • Participate in Market Benchmarking Surveys, Local Benefits Plan Design projects and Global/Regional C&B Projects
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management
  • Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records
  • Support for HR automation projects as Subject Matter Expert
  • Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
