Job summary

A leading company in the HR sector is seeking an HR professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations and benefit management. The role involves liaising with employees and stakeholders to resolve HR issues and participating in various HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. A diploma or degree in HR or Psychology is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant experience required.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act is a plus.

  • Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations
  • HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
  • Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
  • End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration
  • Leave & Medical Benefits Management
  • Expatriate contract renewal administration
  • Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for Employee Benefits continuous improvements
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, labour law, etc)
  • Participate in Market Benchmarking Surveys, Local Benefits Plan Design projects and Global/Regional C&B Projects
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management
  • Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records
  • Support for HR automation projects as Subject Matter Expert
  • Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
  • Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable
  • 3-5 years relavent experienced. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.
