We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the development, implementation, and analysis of our C&B programs. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and a solid foundation in compensation processes to help ensure competitive, fair, and compliant practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets related to compensation and benefits.
- Conduct quality checks on data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Generate reports and present insights or trends using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support benchmarking activities, salary surveys, and compensation analysis.
- Assist in compensation cycle processes such as annual salary reviews and merit increases.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather C&B requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets
- Experience in creating clear, data-driven PowerPoint presentations
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of data confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Up to 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and market surveys
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
