Job summary

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia completed; priority given to certified healthcare assistants.
• Experience in hospital settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care aligned with hospital vision and goals.
• Notify nursing leaders of situations impacting quality of care.
• Obtain ward reports and manage shift assignments with unit staff.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and communication with families.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and attend to patient needs promptly.
• Assist with transportation of patients to theatre and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain ward cleanliness and stock levels of supplies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies; participate in team rounds.
