Ideal candidates will possess ICSA/MAICSA qualification with substantial experience, including strong legal and corporate governance knowledge.

Qualifications

Job description

Salary Range: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000 (depending on experience, qualification and suitability)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (Manager Level) to manage corporate secretarial functions and support senior management on governance and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and documentation.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Advise management on corporate governance and relevant legal obligations.

Maintain accurate statutory records, registers and secretarial documentation.

Prepare and submit statutory forms and announcements to relevant authorities.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, external stakeholders and advisors.

Support corporate exercises such as restructuring, capital raising or related initiatives.

Handle other corporate secretarial or governance-related matters as assigned.

Requirements:

ICSA / MAICSA qualification is required.

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and corporate governance regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines and handle confidential matters with discretion.
