Contribute to the preparation of statutory sections of the Annual Report, such as governance disclosures and director profiles.
Assist in drafting regulatory announcements and filings to Bursa Malaysia, covering financial results and changes in board composition or shareholding.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws and listing regulations.
Coordinate logistics and documentation for board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
Maintain statutory records and support day-to-day corporate secretarial functions for listed entities.
