- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or related fields.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with good time management skills.

- Experience handling multiple clients/portfolios.
- Knowledge in using corporate secretarial software.
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, regulations, and guidelines.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and resolutions.
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and related documentation.
- Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, auditors, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns and other statutory documents.
- Support incorporation of new companies and changes to existing structures (e.g. directors, shareholders, business nature).
- Provide administrative and client communication support as needed.
