A leading company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Company Secretarial Officer to manage full secretarial duties for clients, including record-keeping and client liaison. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for clients, including annual returns, change in directors, transferor shares, incorporation, etc.
Handle full set of company secretarial matters of clients’ companies both in Hong Kong and offshore independently.
Daily update client corporate records, filing and updating the company's database system.
Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretary related transactions.
Providing clerical support to other team members.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Candidates with Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields are welcome to apply.
Fresh University graduates are also welcome.
Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written), able to communicate in Cantonese is an added advantage.
Candidates must be able to speak and read Chinese as the role involves communication with Hong Kong companies.
Good interpersonal communication skills and able to deal with people of wide spectrum of seniority.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Willing to learn and proactive character.
