Job summary

A professional services firm in Klang City is seeking a candidate for corporate administration roles. Responsibilities include preparing resolutions, handling client records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. Qualifications

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

  • Responding to client's inquiries and emails.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing directors' resolutions, members' resolutions, and other corporate documents
  • Dealings with SSM and other regulatory bodies.
  • In charge of handling clients' secretarial records.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of General Meetings for clients.
  • Preparing Annual Returns, SSM forms, bank documents, letters in relation to corporate exercises.
  • Providing advisory services to clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, 2016.
  • Promptly respond to client's inquiries and emails.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with minimum 1 years’ experience preferred, fresh grads will also be considered
  • Proficient in Companies Act in Malaysia
  • Ability to read Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Required skills: Microsoft Words and Excel
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Bandar Botanic, Klang
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
