Position: Company Secretarial Assistant
Requirements/Job Description:
  • Currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA) programme; With 1 or 2 years’ experience
  • Without experience also encourage to apply
  • Documentation / filing
  • Support the company secretary on the full range of company
  • To assist to prepare statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act, 2016 for submission under the guidance of the Company Secretary
  • Candidate must be able to work independently
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
