The company is a professional firm that provides corporate secretarial services.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in incorporating a company, advising clients on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure, and law compliance matters.
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory documents.
Prepare statutory forms, annual returns, and all other forms in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS, and other SSM portals.
Maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
Liaise with SSM officers, bankers, and lawyers whenever necessary.
Handle correspondence related to secretarial matters.
Undertake other administrative work as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
Able to handle duties with minimum supervision.
Familiarity with the Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage.
Ability to read Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Required skills: Microsoft Word and Excel.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
