Job description

The company is a professional firm that provides corporate secretarial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in incorporating a company, advising clients on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure, and law compliance matters.
  • Assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory documents.
  • Prepare statutory forms, annual returns, and all other forms in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS, and other SSM portals.
  • Maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
  • Liaise with SSM officers, bankers, and lawyers whenever necessary.
  • Handle correspondence related to secretarial matters.
  • Undertake other administrative work as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Able to handle duties with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Ability to read Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Bandar Botanic, Klang.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
