Qualifications
- Possession of MAICSA or Licensed Secretary with Practicing Certificate is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Circular Resolutions, Minutes of General Meetings, Annual Returns, and statutory forms/documents.
- Ensuring proper and timely filing of statutory forms/returns with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
- Supporting and assisting the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, including maintenance of statutory files and records, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Preparing documents/forms for certification by the Company Secretary.
- Organising Board/Committee Meetings and General Meetings, including preparing agenda papers and meeting files.
- Liaising with External Auditors during audits and providing requested information; coordinating with legal advisors on related agreements and documents.
- Understanding the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association/Constitution and Shareholders/Joint Venture Agreements.
- Proficient in using MYCOID system for company incorporation, share allotments, and changes to directors, managers, and secretaries.
- Responsible for preparing Annual Returns using the MBRS system.
- Handling administrative functions such as preparing cover letters, correspondence, and maintaining proper filing.
- Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaising with clients, CCM, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission, and other authorities regarding secretarial matters.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Law, LS issued by CCM, Recognised Accounting Degree, or equivalent professional qualifications; or part-qualified ICSA.
- Possession of MAICSA, Licensed Secretary with Practicing Certificate, or Bachelor Degree in Law with Bar Admission.
- Resourceful, committed, and eager to develop a long-term career in a secretarial firm.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Study leave provided for relevant professional examinations.
