Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial in all aspects of company secretarial duties.
  • Participate in Board meetings and ensure timely preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain all statutory records and liaise with relevant regulators.

Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial in all aspects of company secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Capital Markets & Services Act 2007, and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively participate in Board meetings, committee meetings, and AGMs/EGMs, ensuring the timely preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Update and maintain all statutory records.
  • Liaise with internal departments within the Group, the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and other relevant regulators.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess ICSA/MIA qualification or a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Legal Studies, Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Exposure to Public Listed Companies is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity and expertise in the Companies Act 2016, SSM, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Capital Markets & Services Act 2007, and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and demonstrate responsibility and diligence.
