Location: Senai | Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of production, ensuring targets for quality, cost, and delivery are met.

• Develop strategic plans to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Supervise production staff, implement KPIs, and ensure team performance meets company goals.

• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, procurement, and logistics departments.

• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Review production reports and identify areas for continuous improvement.

• Set and drive company culture, values, and performance expectations.

• Manage cross-functional operations across sales, HR, finance, and supply chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.

• At least 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.

• Ability to handle crisis management and operational risk.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

• Mandatory: Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English due to multi-regional communication.

Salary & Working Hours:

• RM6,500 – RM10,000/month

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
