Job description

Company Driver cum Regional Sales Client Care Executive

Provide transportation and general duties to the Managing Director in an efficient, reliable, and trustworthy manner.

Fetch the Managing Director to and from work (Mont Kiara & Shah Alam) and for other purposes as required.

Wash and maintain the cleanliness of all the cars.

Ensure safety during journeys and maintain car safety through safe driving habits, proactive measures, and theft/vandalism prevention.

Comply with punctuality and maintain good work attendance.

Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Run ad-hoc errands such as sending letters, banking cheques, paying bills, etc.

Handle and respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Process sales orders from the Sales team.

Liaise with customers regarding order/payment status.

Coordinate with internal departments (Graphic, Logistic, Warehouse, Production, Finance) to expedite sales orders.

Work with the Finance department to update customer payments.

Follow up on customer payments according to agreed terms.

Monitor customers' credit terms, credit limits, and collection of outstanding payments.

Assist Salespersons with annual customer surveys and monthly sales forecasts.

Help monitor raw materials and finished goods stock movements.

Alert Salespersons or Department Heads to significant changes in customer orders.

Assist in generating monthly reports and analysis.

Ensure timely shipment of orders and update customers and Sales team on shipment status.

Support the Sales team with sample preparations for exhibitions or overseas visits.

Participate in company’s continuous improvement projects.

Undertake special or ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • At least SPM/ Diploma or related qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in company driving, sales support, or relevant fields.
  • Familiar with routes in Klang Valley & KL.
  • Valid 'D' class driving license with a clean record and good driving skills.
  • Fast learner, proactive, self-driven, and motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with good time management.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
