Overview

Job Title: Community Operations Executive – U.S. Financial Markets
Department: Operations / Customer Experience / Trading Community Management
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Night shift / U.S. Market Hours (typically start on 8:00 PM MYT)
Reports To: Community Operations Manager / Head of User Growth

We are seeking a proactive and finance-savvy Community Operations Executive to support and engage our trading community focused on the U.S. stock market. You will serve as a key bridge between users and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and a high-quality community experience — all during U.S. market hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are familiar with U.S. financial markets (stocks, ETFs, options), enjoy engaging with online users, and thrive in a fast-paced, information-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Community Management & Daily Engagement: Monitor real-time group activities and engage users through discussions and Q&A (non-investment advice). Manage daily operations and content on platforms such as WeChat, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, etc. Create and execute group engagement initiatives (e.g., daily topics, check-ins, quizzes) to maintain active community interaction. Respond promptly to user inquiries, provide basic support, and guide them in understanding platform features or market info. Identify potential users or active members for tagging, segmentation, or private follow-up.
  • 2. Content Coordination & Campaign Execution: Assist the operations team in planning and executing online activities (e.g., flash sale alerts, holiday events, giveaways). Collaborate with the content team to publish promotional messages, pre-event warm-ups, and livestream announcements. Organize and maintain community resources such as files, images, and promotional materials.
  • 3. Data Tracking & Optimization: Monitor community performance metrics such as engagement rate, activity level, and user conversion. Generate daily/weekly operational summaries and user feedback reports. Propose optimization strategies based on user behavior and group activity analysis.
  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Onboarding: Liaise with customer support, sales, and product teams to ensure a closed-loop user issue resolution. Participate in new product launches, user surveys, training sessions, and onboarding for new users.
