The Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Community Deposits Specialist's key responsibility is to acquire account deposits from customers and businesses, and to generate leads for other products through HLB@Work. You will explain product features and services, provide sales materials and support, create new leads, and follow up with customers. The focus industries include manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceutical, with an emphasis on payroll accounts.

This role is based in our branches, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads from internal and external sources, including client referrals, to meet acquisition targets.
  • Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities, including calls to potential and existing clients, to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster good client relationships through briefings, training, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Follow up on sales activities to close deals, report to management, and ensure timely account openings.
  • Participate in sales events and roadshows as applicable.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development; conduct market research and surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations in all tasks.
