About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join a forward-thinking team in the technology and mobility sector. This role requires a strong communicator who can craft compelling narratives, support corporate messaging, and develop impactful visual content to engage both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage internal communications including employee updates, executive messages, and company news.
  • Support external communication efforts such as press releases, media materials, and corporate announcements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Content Writing

  • Write and edit high-quality content for digital platforms including websites, newsletters, blogs, social media, and internal portals.
  • Simplify complex topics into clear and engaging messages for a wide range of audiences.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Proofread and edit materials for tone, clarity, grammar, and accuracy.

Image Editing & Visual Content

  • Design and edit visual assets such as banners, infographics, presentations, and social media visuals using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support campaigns with strong visual storytelling.
  • Ensure visuals align with the brand’s visual identity and communication goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a communications, content, or marketing role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in image editing and visual content creation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and content management systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a technology, mobility, or automotive-related environment.
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
  • Exposure to tools such as SharePoint, WordPress, or other intranet/CMS platforms.
