Job Description

The Communications & Engagement Specialist drives employee recognition strategy across Asia Sales & APAC Services. You will lead the Ultimate Performer Program execution while managing multi-channel communications and data analytics. You will partner with leadership teams across 8+ markets to develop strategic frameworks that foster high-performance culture. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on operational execution, requiring both creative storytelling and analytical thinking. You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, coordinate events across multiple time zones, and optimize technology platforms for maximum engagement. Success in this role means achieving 85%+ program participation rates while delivering measurable ROI and maintaining 90%+ stakeholder satisfaction scores within your first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Ultimate Performer Program strategy across 8+ Asia markets
  • Create compelling content and manage multi-channel communications ecosystem
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate with Business Analytics team
  • Design and execute high-impact recognition events and ceremonies
  • Serve as Hero App administrator managing 500+ employee onboarding
  • Build strategic partnerships with Sales Directors and Regional HR teams
  • Manage program budgets ($50K-100K) and vendor relationships

  • Event management expertise including large-scale planning and vendor management
  • Data analysis proficiency with ability to interpret metrics and present recommendations
